Welcommmmme! If you’ve made it this far, this baby is almost yours. A simple yet effective tool I used to keep me sane, if your anything like me (a person who cares a lot & also president of the over thinkers club) then this tool is for you.
How it works:
Write a list of the top 5 experiences, reminders or simple breaks you want to dedicate time to that day.
i.e. For me I like to add a 5 minute break of just breathing (my Apple watch helps) followed by my need to remind myself to eat before I get carried away drilling a project.
